  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
