  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and flatten them gently.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  8. Once the potatoes are out of the oven, sprinkle the turkey bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
