Keto White Chicken Chili

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken, green chilies, white beans, chicken broth, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
