- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
