Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
