Loaded Baked Potatoes

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  7. Top each potato with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some hot sauce on top.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
