- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash and pierce the potatoes, then bake for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
