  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Reduce heat and add the heavy cream, stirring until combined.
