- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the provolone cheese, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
