Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, cooked macaroni, bacon, cheese, milk, eggs, and spices.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
