Maggiano’s Lasagna Recipe

This indulgent lasagna combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same skillet, cook chicken ham until heated through.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Can be assembled a day in advance and refrigerated.
  • Freezes well for up to three months.
