  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
