  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

  4. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
