- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, and miso paste.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet, tossing to combine with garlic and oil.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, allowing residual heat to cook the eggs.
- Add turkey bacon, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
