2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add some Italian seasoning to the mixture.
