  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package mini pie crusts
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  4. Slice bananas and layer them in each mini pie crust.
  5. Spoon the pudding mixture over the bananas in each crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
