One Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta

A rich and creamy one pot pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté until lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking until tomatoes soften.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add pasta and Italian seasoning, cooking until al dente.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cooked turkey bacon.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then add Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
  • This dish can also be made with gluten-free pasta.
