  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the cubed bread, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
