Panera Copycat Broccoli Cheddar Soup: Easy Instant Pot Recipe with Turkey Bacon

This easy Instant Pot recipe brings the delicious flavors of Panera’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a twist of turkey bacon.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
