  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and some salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then top with half of the ricotta mixture, half of the bacon, and half of the chicken ham.
  7. Repeat layering, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
  • Let the lasagna sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
