- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and spices.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until smoothly combined.
