  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
