  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add in flour, spices, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Once risen, roll out the dough and spread with a mix of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  8. Roll up, cut into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
  9. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
