- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the bell and jalapeño peppers until softened.
- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and crushed red pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine, bacon, and sauce; toss well.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños.
- You can substitute chicken bacon if desired.
