  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
