  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
