  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a baking dish, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
