  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into balls.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
