  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in the toasted coconut and caramel sauce.
  7. Spread the mixture into a greased pie pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Once cooled, drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top.
