  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay the flank steak flat and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture over the steak evenly.
  5. Roll the steak tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the braciole on all sides.
  7. Transfer braciole to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
