  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet, crumble, and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon and cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the batter and cook until the edges start to set, about 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
