- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
