Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add milk gradually, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Mix in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
