Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
  2. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour, then stir into the slow cooker.
  6. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
