  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
