2 ripe bananas
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
Add the flour and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
