  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill the muffin liners with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
