Sweet and Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  3. Remove the steak and let it rest; slice it into strips.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the soy sauce and honey, stirring until well combined.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
