Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, combine warm milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture, then roll tightly.
  9. Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool before slicing.
