  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, followed by the vegetable broth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and stuffing mix to the skillet, mixing well.
