- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 cups waffles, cut into squares
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the bottom of a greased baking dish with half of the waffle squares.
- Spread the shredded chicken over the waffles, followed by half of the cheese.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
