  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and cook the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and cook until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the eggs in the skillet until scrambled, then add the crumbled bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Assemble the bowl by placing the crispy tater tots at the bottom, topped with the scrambled eggs and cheese. Garnish with chopped chives.
