  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  5. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  6. Add the flour and mix just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
