- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
