  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha in a separate bowl.
  5. Place the salmon pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
