  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Fill muffin cups with batter and add the cream cheese mixture in the center.
  8. Prepare streusel by mixing oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then sprinkle on top of muffins.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.
