- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, sliced
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup tofu, cubed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 cup instant ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
