- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and parsley.
- Slice the French bread into 1-inch sections without cutting all the way through.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
- Stuff the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
