  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
