Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay a noodle flat, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture, roll it up, and place it seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Repeat until all noodles are used.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
  • Use store-bought Alfredo sauce for convenience.
