Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Place a lasagna noodle on a flat surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Repeat with remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed vegetables such as spinach or mushrooms to the chicken mixture.
