- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a lasagna noodle on a flat surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
