Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls Recipe

  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take each lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
